performance and concentration of the players. A balanced and healthy diet
can help players to perform at their full potential and even in stressful situations.
Keeping a clear head in situations. I’ve been cooking for esports teams since 2018 and I’ve found the importance of a balanced and healthy nutrition is essential for the performance of the players. As a trained chef with over 20 years of experience and nutritionist, I specialize in creating esports teams with healthy and delicious meals.

My goal is to provide players with a balanced diet that includes them with all the essential nutrients and tastes good at the same time. In doing so, I make sure that the meals are varied and balanced, giving players enough energy for their matches.

I work closely with the teams, as there are many different nationalities, it is
my job is to take into account their individual needs and preferences. In doing so, I advise
